02 · VALUE ENGINEERING

We read the set for cost and lead time.

We flag long-lead items, source alternatives that preserve the designer’s intent, and hand the architect ranked VE options — not objections.
Spec’d pendant fixture had an 8-month lead time. We sourced a visually identical alternative that shipped in 2 weeks.
